      Pros

      The view of the tasting room deck is beautiful and you will become close with coworkers.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Manager was MIA almost always, we were left to deal with any customer issues or complications we came across. Tasting room associates received different information from manager regarding events, procedures, etc. Understaffed and overworked. Did not say no to anyone even when at capacity and were slammed. Overturn was very high, 8 people quit in the span of 8 months.
