Pros

Pay was good and there were a few great people working here but that's about it.

Cons

CEO is not great. Constantly making demands for things that he doesn't understand the scope of. The company is split between the US and India divisions with absolutely miserable collaboration between the two groups. Many projects frequently require the assistance from people in both groups but people in those groups will see asks as burdens they will ignore to spend time working on other tasks. If you aren't actively complaining to higher-ups you're not going to get help with any of your projects that require assistance Even when you DO bring in a higher-up to get a project moving you'll be treated poorly by collaborators who will claim you should handle things yourself by reading through complex documentation that most veterans of the company don't understand let alone new folks.

Pros

Great people working there, and a lot of effort to build a great culture.

Cons

Lack of trust combined with lack of support or recognition for the RevOps team. I really enjoyed working there for the team, but the amount of work expected versus compensation and involvement of high leadership on minutiae was limiting. Our team was told what to do, even when we tried to articulate better solutions based on current and previous experiences.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. While this review reflects a period of significant transition within the organization over a year ago, we appreciate the candid perspective and recognize that there were areas where the RevOps team needed stronger support, clearer ownership structures, and more autonomy in execution. Since that time, the RevOps organization and leadership structure have evolved considerably. We’ve made meaningful changes to how teams collaborate, how processes are designed, and how decisions are made, with a much stronger emphasis on empowering teams closest to the work to drive solutions and improvements. We’ve also invested heavily in operational structure, cross-functional alignment, and clearer accountability to create a more scalable and supportive environment. We’re grateful for the contributions of former team members who helped identify opportunities for improvement during that phase of growth, and we remain committed to continuously improving the employee experience as the company evolves.
