5th year at Kranz - Accounting Manager Kranz Consulting Employee Review

I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.

This firm has a relaxed, easy communicating, and collaborating working environment. Either high level employees or staff level employees, everyone is encouraged to speak out of their needs. Working schedule is very flexible and can be tailored to meet employee's needs. Upward feedback is seriously considered. Corresponding steps and actions will be taken.

Working while doing international travel is a little difficult. There are very strict policies on the length of working while traveling internationally.
