      Timecard reporting and billable hour can be a challenge and demanding, especially during the slower season; systems are more on the manual side and can improve

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

      Cons

      My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.
