No pros. They don't take care of employees that are disabled
Cons
I clearly stated that after being called in for a final warning meeting, one where I was extremely upset since I wasn't made aware that I was doing all these things wrong, that I was disabled and would require more intensive intervention and accommodation. I had a meeting with my job coach and therapist, but it yielded minimal to no actual changes or results. They still ended up firing me, with little to no recourse. Screw the team and upper management for not only help contribute and perpetuate such a broken system but failing workers like me! They ought to be ashamed
