Where to begin? Tremendous amount of infighting amongst the top ranks. Claiming to offer consulting when mostly selling basic staff aug. Sales team that knows almost nothing about consulting and just pushes the least common denominator (i.e., staff aug). Selling clients on skills and experience that don't exist (bait and switch techniques). Pushing staff with promises of advancement that never materialize. Obsession with bench costs and no real investment in consultants or clients (and push toward hourly vs. salaried employees). Ultimately, this firm needs a lobotomy at the top or it will continue to struggle.
