This company’s real estate growth outpaced its on-site operations structure by a long shot. The offices themselves are well designed in good locations, but there is no system to successfully run once launched. The staffing is short in nearly every aspect, with 1-2 people expected to function as the the receptionist/manager/billing dept/janitor/mailman/furniture mover/ITtech/etc. To compound this issue, upper management is not willing to invest in any software tools to manage such a large number of clients. The staff has to handle everything manually through paper notes transferred in and out of jumbled spreadsheets. There is no data integrity because there has never been a way to conduct a proper system audit (or even a discernible system to audit). Handling your clients’ account details successfully is akin to building a bridge of popsicle sticks and play-doh; and hoping nothing of weight comes along to test the gap.
I see recent 5 star reviews parroting company catchphrases word for word and claiming the only “con” is “leaving my clients on Friday”. Maybe I just missed the magic at this place, but those reviews are the textbook definition of too good to be true.
If you like transferring calls all day while you sort mail, and “managing” an office where you have no autonomy; then step right through the curated modern facade.
If you value functionality, critical thinking, and the proper tools to complete the job ahead; I would steer clear.
