As a GM, the level of investment in leadership training has stood out immediately. The company is intentional about onboarding, sending new leaders to multiple locations with all expenses covered to learn best practices firsthand. Communication with senior leadership has been excellent, transparent, and consistent. Expectations are clear, support is real, and collaboration across locations is encouraged. On top of that, it’s genuinely a fun environment, one you actually look forward to walking into each day.

With a strong training program and high standards, the pace can be fast early on. There’s a lot to take in during the first few months.
