Pros
I enjoy working with my colleagues because we formed a strong trauma bond over our shared experiences of the company’s poor management.
Cons
There are numerous drawbacks. Firstly, there was a lack of direction, and when given directions, and asked to execute it, we were told was incorrect. It was impossible to please the leadership because they were clueless about their responsibilities. They had the wrong leadership and co-founders in place.
