Pros
If you enjoy the challenges of restaurant life, and don't mind the hours, this is an excellent choice for you. Benefits are industry standard. Upper management is striving for a culture of servant leadership development, but aren't quite there yet.
Cons
It's difficult to let trouble makers go. The company is so terrified of lawsuits for wrongful termination and/or paying unemployment claims, they would rather keep the bad apples (and even rehire some.). This makes developing the culture they are striving for, impossible to maintain. I understand you'll never have a perfect staff, but there have been many cases of people acting nearly mentally terroristic being allowed to keep their jobs. Makes for a very unhappy workplace at times.
