      Pros

      There were a lot of pros with the company prior to Blackstone’s acquisition. However, since the acquisition, the company has moved away from supporting its employees, treating them poorly, and they really do not understand what is going on on a day-to-day basis inside of the workplace.

      Cons

      There are a lot of cons. The president and CEO along with Blackstone are not taking care of their employees. The company is losing customers. There’s a lot of turnover. The culture has changed from being a strong family oriented environment to production based culture.

      Great onboarding process and everyone has been very welcoming. Great leadership and workplace climate!

      Leadership was good because they listened but new leadership came in and it changed

      New leadership doesn't listen and they lay off good people
