Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience here. I feel like the company truly cares about helping small businesses grow, and that mission shows up in the work we do every day. It’s fast paced and performance driven, but that also means you learn a ton and have real opportunities to grow. There is a lot of leadership support from the Senior, Lead, Director, C-Suite, etc. all being involved in our success and the team is also very supportive of each other. If you’re motivated and take ownership, it’s a great place to build your skills and career.

Cons

You have to be willing to grow, take feedback, and continuously improve or you will struggle. It is fast paced, which is not for everyone. You are pushed outside your comfort zone regularly, which is great for growth but not for everyone. If you are not proactive and accountable, it can feel overwhelming.

Pros

I truly love my job here at Madwire. The culture at Madwire is excellent, and they really do prioritize ensuring you feel cared for and supported, not just professionally but also relationally. The leadership in the Marketing Success Manager department is filled with highly experienced marketing professionals who provide a wealth of wisdom and knowledge from business leadership, development, psychology, and marketing. Madwire truly is at the cutting edge of marketing, continually striving to bring new product offerings to clients while staying competitive in the industry. In this job, I have been continuously pushed to grow and improve myself in many ways, and am better because of it. I'm extremely thankful for this job and can see myself staying here for the foreseeable future.

Cons

This job is hard. It's extremely fast-paced and requires a high degree of organization, grit, and dedication to find success. For me, I thrive being pushed and spurred on to be the best version of myself, but the taxing nature of this job is not for everyone. You will learn so much about marketing, business, psychology, etc. but you will feel overwhelmed at times.

Pros

Okay pay, good enough experience to add to a resume, fully remote optional for SOME positions

Cons

So many. -High pressure and no reward for working hard -Endless hoops to jump though for using “unlimited” PTO -Micromanaging encouraged -Culture is very cult-like -They lie to clients about “custom products” -Benefits are crap and expensive

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for the years you spent at Madwire. We’re glad you found value in the experience, compensation, and remote flexibility. While we strongly disagree with several of the characterizations in your review, we recognize that Madwire’s fast-paced, evolving environment is not the right fit for everyone. We care deeply about our people, our clients, and creating opportunities for growth, and we’ll continue working to improve as a company. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
