Best qualities: - Open communication The recruiters at Market Street Talent check on you regularly through every phase of the job placement process: before/during interviews, orientation, and check-ins after the job placement. They take the time to get to know you and your career goals. My recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. They had friendly attitudes and it was always pleasure to speak with them. - Organized MST does a great job of outling employee resources and providing with clear simple documentation on how to view important documents (such as health insurance information, paystubs, timesheets etc.) Many companies often don’t sit down with you to show you how navigate their portals. MST is service-oriented and I can tell they take pride in proactively ensuring employees are equipped with everything they need.

There aren’t any cons that I can think of.

MST was amazing to work with, my recruiter took the time to get to know me, my skillset and my career objectives and matched me with an amazing company that soon later converted me to a permanent position. Both employers were extremely professional, kind and supportive.
