Pros
I was trained barely by co workers, but the training i did on my own covered there arses, for when the boss asked.
I figured it out well and fixed the broken links between the inter dept opps.
I think i was there to build the training manual in sales. People were friendly unless they were running stressed out
Cons
Not very well organized for a speciality industrial advanced vacuum systems shop. I noticed some differebt sales methods and not very customer friendly. To bad. Sales does not have to be lies and deceit. Nice koi or fish pond outside when it rains.
