      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

      Cons

      So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.

      Pros

      Most times when you hear an employer say they are like a family it is a red flag - but - here at Mayo, it is 100% true and so refreshing! This is not a job for me but has become a life changing career and way of work/life. The people I work with uphold all the Mayo values in their core and I’ve never been part of such an uplifting, collaborative, and supportive team. I am beyond humbled to be part of the Mayo family. Happy to say I’ve found my forever home!
