      Great senior physicians, great senior researchers, good food, great exercise facilities.

      Cons

      Ignorance, back stabbing, no best practices, low pay. These are people who vote for Trump, against their employer's best interests, and against the patients. Ramped affairs.

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

      Cons

      So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.
