      Mayo Clinic has an extremely professional work environment with state-of-the art facilities. Collaboration within and between departments is encouraged. Mayo also has an excellent work culture and business integrity.

      Parking close to your building is limited.

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

      Cons

      So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.
