      Pros

      There are a few good people but just a few. They have the best sub laminar band system on the market right now.

      Cons

      Senior management is completely out of touch with reality. They have the worst comp plan I have ever seen especially considering they have no business and virtually no approvals in any hospitals. They are demanding in situations where they need to be more accepting. There is almost an air of arrogance in regards to the products which are okay but severely lacking in so many categories. Too many holes in the product line, too numerous to mention all of them.

      Pros

      Free food, relaxed environment, you can do this job forever as long as you fall in line. You can go from intern to manager within 2 years.

      Cons

      Poor mix of experienced vs first timers. Running in a Gerbil wheel with limited strategies on how to scale. Continuous layoffs and terminations year to year. High turnover rate for a small staff. Upper management plays favoritism and runs it like a frat house.
