      Not a good place for anyone with experience.

      Pros

      There are a few good people but just a few. They have the best sub laminar band system on the market right now.

      Cons

      Senior management is completely out of touch with reality. They have the worst comp plan I have ever seen especially considering they have no business and virtually no approvals in any hospitals. They are demanding in situations where they need to be more accepting. There is almost an air of arrogance in regards to the products which are okay but severely lacking in so many categories. Too many holes in the product line, too numerous to mention all of them.

      Pros

      Very unique products and disruptive technologies for spine deformity surgery.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional Executive Management team with unreasonable expectations placed on sales team due to unreasonable and outlandish sales forecasts given to parent (French) company. Horrible morale amongst sales and sales management team due to constant berating, unprofessionalism, and unreasonable goals/expectations.
