Great staff, supportive management, tuition assistance, paid internships, free supervision hours.

Pay could be higher and more PTO would be nice

No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
