No one takes responsibility for their jobs. Coworkers are very unprofessional, hostile, and in some cases a danger to patients. The staff is the epitome of the "Pass the buck" epidemic. Too much cell phone usage by staff who should have been working. Frequently not enough supplies to perform the job properly.
