      Decent pay Decent benefits On-site gym Free parking

      Cons

      No one takes responsibility for their jobs. Coworkers are very unprofessional, hostile, and in some cases a danger to patients. The staff is the epitome of the "Pass the buck" epidemic. Too much cell phone usage by staff who should have been working. Frequently not enough supplies to perform the job properly.

      excellent place to work, good experience, support staff going back to school

      Cons

      awaiting new management team, old equipment to provide excellent care in a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level III Neonatal center
