Working close to home and providing caring to a community with limited health care access.
Cons
Lacking diversity and inclusion. Low pay. Merit need to do a better job to attract and retain nurses. They pay is significantly low while annual inflation continually increases. staffing is an issue due to lack of nurses which leads to burnout.
