Pros

Flexibility. Work-life balance. Paid holidays. Leadership training. Growth opportunities. This company is great for anyone with a growth mindset. Someone who aspires to learn and grow, as a nurse and as a person. Metaphy pours into anyone who is willing to put in the work. Also, FREE snacks in the break room.

Cons

There is a lack of training on new apps so it’s often learn-as-you-go. Once something new has been implemented, the questions will ensue before answers are discovered.

Pros

working from home multiple paid holidays

Cons

Zero advocacy for nurses nurses are never heard when approaching admin with concerns, instead they are basically told to do it this way or leave. their paid time off and sick time are good, however they limit when and what you can use The metrics they require you to meet largely depend on the patient's engagement which is hard to gauge given that most if not all are enrolled in the program and not given the correct information about participation or cost.
