Pros

working from home multiple paid holidays

Cons

Zero advocacy for nurses nurses are never heard when approaching admin with concerns, instead they are basically told to do it this way or leave. their paid time off and sick time are good, however they limit when and what you can use The metrics they require you to meet largely depend on the patient's engagement which is hard to gauge given that most if not all are enrolled in the program and not given the correct information about participation or cost.

Pros

WFH. Equipment provided, save on gas mileage.

Cons

Pay rate is terrible for this economy. 5 days a week no overtime available. Some team leads are jerks. Metrics, metrics, metrics. At the end of the day it’s a business for them. Quantity over patients. I felt like I lie to patients and have to convince patients to stay in a program they don’t want to that is costing them money. You are better to tell your patient to go to a med spa and get a wegovy injection for weight loss than to wait for your call every month due to the mediocre training you received. Can’t build rapport with patients when you take away 60 of your patients and replace them with 60 new enrollments. Every month is different. They scam you with “bonus structure” because you have to make over 170 calls a month for an extra $100 a month. Please. I can make triple that bartending in 2 hours. Tired of bedside? Please stay I have more. PTO is not prepare the others but permission to officiate time off. Meaning if too many people are off that day you can’t ask off. Got to ask at least 48 hours in advance. But it’s WFH but honestly if you want to drain your brain 5 days a week and be micromanaged for your numbers daily and be mistakenly identified as a meal planner nutritionist. Apply today!

Pros

Work from home, several paid holidays in the calendar year, flexible management, work-life balance, PTO accrued monthly, bonuses monthly depending on your productivity

Cons

They pay all their nurse care coordinators the same pay rate upon hire, unless they’re bilingual. Nursing experience isn’t taken into account at all. They expect certain productivity numbers to be met daily and weekly, but not everyone does and nothing seems to be done about it. Not sure if they give raises.
