Pros
Well established company with a good reputation in their industry. Decent company culture, company is small enough that the executives still know who you are well below them on the org chart.
Cons
Pay is decent but is not specific enough to each location and pay raises are done as a blanket raise where everyone receives the same increase regardless of performance. Opportunities to advance are limited if you're not located near the company HQ in the Atlanta metro area. Some managers are much more equipped to do their jobs than others, which can greatly impact the work environment and culture.
