Had a manager that engaged in blatant favoritism, giving other team members raises despite performance problems and behavioral issues, many of which involved the manager himself showing up an hour late and leaving over an hour early regularly, engaging in REALLY unprofessional and downright inappropriate conversations as well. Gave new guy his buddy the best shift, gave other buddy despite him getting in trouble for watching over 50 hours of videos in a 2 week period, and saying I didn't deserve a raise despite working double the workload of any teammate AND saving the company over $1500 a month due to a project I initiated on my own to analyze all licenses assigned, many of which were for employees no longer with the company.

Pay is decent but is not specific enough to each location and pay raises are done as a blanket raise where everyone receives the same increase regardless of performance. Opportunities to advance are limited if you're not located near the company HQ in the Atlanta metro area. Some managers are much more equipped to do their jobs than others, which can greatly impact the work environment and culture.
