Pros

Great medical insurance, paid holidays, 6% 401K contribution, competitive pay.

Cons

Single? Broke? Desperate? You are exactly what we need at MHPSA Orlando! Come take a tour at our loud facility to find out more about our lean manufacturing and the way we hide all the extra parts we have stacked on pallets, each time a Japanese member of management is coming to visit. We greatly emphasize on safety, each time someone gets hurt. Our mandatory ideas program is great too, he have implemented more than 20 000 ideas on how to improve dust pans and plastic work benches, yet the ideas on how to save someone from hurting their back get swept in the trash can with our improved dust pans. Brilliant! Be prepared to work overtime, like it or not. Each Wednesday your plans for the weekend will be posted on a board for everyone to see where your hopes and dreams will die. There are great company holidays, each combined with a second or third day off. You will be required to work 7 days per week for a month prior to each holiday, possibly a month following your great time of relaxation. Don' worry though, all managers provide plenty of support on all three shifts during the long weekends of required overtime. After all, the local golf courses are close enough and they mentally support you at each and every hole. You do need to request you weekend freedom in writing, two weeks in advance, just make sure you don't do it too often or the five foot two Despicable Me manager will frown upon your miserable soul. Walk fast, say yes and don't forget to leave your smile at home. Welcome to MHPSA!

Pros

The work from home was nice

Cons

Management provides little to no structured training, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. The open office layout creates a noisy, overstimulating environment that makes it difficult to focus. Employees are frequently asked to take on responsibilities that were not discussed or agreed upon during the interview process. Overall, the office lacks organization, which adds to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
