Pros

Training is definitely a thorough process with excellent instructors.

Cons

Memorizing a 30 page script is unreasonable and extremely difficult. You read that correctly - 30 pages, single spaced. You must be vetted out on it prior to engaging customers. If you're not able to do it, virtually word-for-word, you'll be terminated. Also, every sales call must be closed on the first appointment. If it's not, another rep will be sent in, and they'll get the commission, as 90% of prospects need to "think about it," no matter how many objections you overcome. Convincing a prospect to invest in a 25 year loan is a tall order. Turnover rate is extremely high, allowing the company to keep any earned revenue from sales generated.

Pros

Potential to earn a lot of money.

Cons

The management of the company is an absolute mess. One person will tell you one thing and someone else will tell you something different. You are given less than a full week of training with non-existent continuous training. All of this while you are expected to hit the ground running and perform. Every other Thursday we had to join a company wide meeting with a higher up named Tracy. Half the things she would tell us was not true. For example she would say that the company stopped doing service A, but a few hours later a different higher up will say that she was wrong and that we still do it.
