      Communications to the field can be slower at times -- longer time to respond. Some processes can be more streamlined which we are actively trying to automate! (Going super well so far!!)

      Pros

      - Great communication - Helped me prep for the interview with the client company - Full benefits after 3 months of employment - Good pay paid out weekly

      Cons

      - Separate service/website for healthcare benefits, separate service for HR, separate service for entering hours. Annoying to navigate between all of them, but not a big deal. I just miss using Rippling which has all of that in one, which the last company I worked for used.
