The only good things MACU has to offer are great benefits and a decent work/life balance. Don't fall for the "best places to work" garbage.
Cons
I've worked in MACU's marketing department for the last few years and have never been so unimpressed with the way a department is run. The marketing leaders are terrible. They punish people for being innovative and trying to better themselves professionally. They say they want employees to come to them with concerns, but punish them when they do. They don't empower their employees to be marketing thought leaders, they hinder them. If you're considering working in MACU's marketing department--don't do it. I am one of many people looking to leave once the right opportunity comes along. Don't damage your career by working in MACU's marketing department.
