-Great benefits such as yearly stipend for wellness, learning, etc. -Incredibly diverse company -Has some fantastic people, but many of them (about 50%) are gone now
Cons
-CEO and ELT have no idea what they're doing and do not understand the product. We spent the past 6 months basically doing nothing because of a lack of direction and no freedom to act autonomously. This was not an issue when Mariano (the founder) was the CEO and leader of the company -Lots of inconsistent code standards. Very little documentation within the code itself. There used to be a great environment of collaboration, but the CEO went out of his way to kill it. -DevOps practices as awful and will often serve as the primary blocker when you attempt to ship code -Company no longer has a vision. The new CEO is clearly looking to strip the company and sell it for parts. You can blame one person for why this company was ruined.
