      Good benefits and profit sharing program

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism and a cold attitude towards people not from the area. Don’t bother taking a job at corporate if you are from out of town. You’ll never be accepted. Get ready for attitude from colleagues. You’ll also work with incompetent people who are in their role only because they’ve been there forever and are related to someone in power.

      Pros

      Strong company culture that fosters teamwork and individual growth / improvement. Team members are willing to work with you to improve your skills and understanding. Many opportunities to grow and advance within the company in many different areas. Good employee benefits as well as bonuses / perks

      Cons

      Workload can be a bit uneven at times. Sometimes it is a lot and other times it can be a bit slow. Its a big company with a lot of slow moving pieces. It can take time to get the ball rolling on new initiatives / projects
