In the face of adversity, it is our job as an employer to handle tough situations with tact, thoughtfulness, and empathy. COVID continues to be an unprecedented and extremely difficult time in our history. In circumstances where we could not be in person with our Teammates, we did our best to, as compassionately as possible, share in the grief and hardship of this unprecedented situation - a decision that was not easy or ideal to make. We do remain committed to giving our Teammates transparency, respect, and dignity.
Mergers are tricky - we can admit that! The goal is always to move the company forward by creating more opportunities and grow the NELSON team. Like any collaboration, there are challenges and bumps in the road. But our guiding principles through mergers are to keep our Teammates at the center of what decisions we make, and how we make them.
