Pros

Prior to the changes, it was a great place to work-with a dedicated team, solid benefits, and a positive culture.

Cons

The company has conducted continuous, unexpected layoffs across departments, often without warning, clarity, or reason. Most recently, the entire HR team was let go, leaving employees with little support or trust in leadership decisions. Since the new CEO took over, the company’s direction has noticeably declined. Leadership continues to bring in upper management who lack experience and accountability, leaving the workload and responsibility to fall on the teams beneath them. There’s constant talk about a “New Era,” but in practice, it’s created a toxic culture marked by poor communication, misplaced priorities, and undeserved layoffs. Meanwhile, promotions often seem based on personal connections rather than performance. What was once a mission-driven organization focused on meaningful work and helping others now feels centered on pleasing board members and preserving appearances. The sense of teamwork that once defined the company has been replaced by a culture of blame, largely due to ineffective and disconnected leadership.
