Pros

Pro no, pro no, a pirates life for me...have I met the 20 word minimum yet? Now? Now? Now? Bingo.

Cons

I wrote to three different news outlets: Fox 5, NBC 10, and the Union Tribune, a very detailed email outlining the massive layoffs and the acts of the top one in charge, from when he started manifesting in his position to the current obstrocities, yet not one has responded. Pros

The University has taken tangible and meaningful steps toward fulfilling its mission in an increasingly thoughtful and responsible way. There is a genuine commitment among leaders to collaborate more effectively and work together in support of shared goals. The 403(b) match is an outstanding benefit, and the PTO/sick leave offerings are equally strong and greatly appreciated.

Cons

One ongoing challenge is the imbalance between the volume of work and the number of people available to support it. Teams are highly committed, but workloads can at times exceed current staffing capacity.
