      Great customer focus, easy to get people to support you

      Cons

      Office politics were constantly on the rise, with 2 District Managers getting booted, one by a "Coup d'état" of one of his subordinates, and one after trying a similar trick on his manager.. This somehow didn't create a toxic environment, which I accredit to the good people working there.

      Pros

      NetApp is a prestigious company, working for this company will be a great resume boost if you cannot break into top fortune 500 companies. Relatively easy to get into NetApp. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs. Understaffed which could equate to higher expected output.

      Pros

      Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

      Cons

      NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
