First company that I've had to pay for my own short-term and long-term disability. No change management - changes made without regard to how they affect workers. I don't know if this is true of the company or just the Business Unit I was a part of: Releasing people in the US to hire offshore Process changes have been abrupt switches, causing panic in the staff Annual reviews no longer happen Bonuses were spent covering company shortfalls No raises for 2 years Hiring C Suite and Sales while cutting back on those who do the work People dread Monday mornings and mental health is suffering
