      Pros

      The culture - it's very open, friendly, collaborative, supportive, and encouraging of new ideas/innovation/creativity/etc... People are very happy here and want to lend a hand. Also everyone is really smart. We're all working towards the same goal of making Newfront better every day!

      Cons

      It's hard to get to know everyone especially on other teams.

      Pros

      Lean eng teams with a lot of impactful and tangible work. Feels like you are a full-time engineer

      Cons

      Currently in an acquisition, so a lot of our products are on pause so don't have a clear sight of goals and achievements over the course of the internship
