Pros
Some of the students are amazing and invested. Some of the faculty are truly good people that are enjoyable to know. Benefits are good. The library staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons
The President governs by fear, which has caused negative workplace climate. There is rapid turnover in the administration at key positions. There have been 3 different Academic VPs in the past 3 years. Many have worked there for 20 or more years, which creates a certain rigidity and cantankerousness. There was a promotion and raise freeze for 9 years, which caused a huge, bitter rift between the administration and the faculty.
