The culture is at best combative - little room for voices that differ from management - A workplace devoid of opportunities - Administrators will self congratulate each other, while working to undermine employees.

The President governs by fear, which has caused negative workplace climate. There is rapid turnover in the administration at key positions. There have been 3 different Academic VPs in the past 3 years. Many have worked there for 20 or more years, which creates a certain rigidity and cantankerousness. There was a promotion and raise freeze for 9 years, which caused a huge, bitter rift between the administration and the faculty.
