      People are very friendly and helpful, very down to earth and care

      Cons

      For a community college best pay, however not great. They don’t offer dental insurance big con in my book

      There are some people who work here to help students More time off than you can really use Fridays off in the summer

      Cons

      Toxic leadership Boarder line illegal practices HR department is ignorant when it comes to employment issues No real upward mobility Employees care more about themselves then the students they should be helping Severely underpaid compared to similar job descriptions in the local job market Staff is very “clicky” if you don’t fit into their groups your an outcast
