Pros

API security is an interesting space and there is good market demand for technology that addresses API security and visibility gaps.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Sales leadership says there is a no "a-hole" policy and claims that everyone is "family." This cannot be further from truth. Executives/founders are shady individuals that cannot be trusted to make ethical decisions. Sales and marketing events are boondoggles for leadership. Lots of internal drama and politics. Leadership team is inexperienced in building companies and it shows. Do your homework on the executives before considering a role with Noname.
