Pros

State of the art office and gym. Free supplements each month. A great core of hard working employees.

Cons

Upper management is hardly involved with what is happening downstairs and they seem more concerned with feeding their lavish lifestyles. Those with bigger egos are rewarded over those that are hard working. The claims that the company makes bout relaxed 9 to 5 schedules couldn't be farther from the truth. Termination and demotion decisions often seem fueled by personal vendettas and hidden agendas. Communication is non-existent. Failed products and brands have put unnecessary pressures on the business.

Free energy drinks and merch.

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. The “best place to work” recognition does not reflect the reality of what many employees experience. During my time in this company the culture is driven by favoritism and a lack of accountability. Leadership roles are often filled by individuals who lack the necessary qualifications, while others are consistently overlooked without clear or honest explanations. Performance and merit are not the deciding factors for advancement. There is a consistent pattern of poor management, little to no training, and zero accountability for bad leadership decisions. Instead of building a professional and supportive environment, the culture rewards fitting a certain image over actual capability. I also observed ongoing inequities in advancement opportunities. Many BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees were given vague or inconsistent reasons for not progressing within the company, while white employees / white hiring candidates advanced more easily. Over time, these patterns became difficult to ignore. Overall, the environment felt toxic, frustrating, and discouraging. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working here carefully evaluate whether this is the right fit no matter what role you are applying.
