Pros

The pros are great supplements, decent benefits, beautiful office with amazing gym

Cons

Do not trust these positive reviews.... THE COMPANY SENDS EMAILS ON THE REGULAR DEMANDING YOU TO LEAVE "POSITIVE" FEEDBACK ON THIS AND OTHER REVIEW SITES. Yes, there is some good within the company but for the most part it is just a good ol' boys club. Friends are promoted over the individuals who bring value and there is no respect for you unless you are in the "click". The company operates in a way that it fights it own self and the stresses and demeaning treatment happen more and more as time goes on. People in leadership positions have no clue what they are doing and run around like a chicken with it's head cut off. They preach about "culture" but is it not grown naturally. Instead, it is forced upon you with every step you take, email you send, or conversation you have with each employee. One slight disagreement with the "culture team" and you are a goner. They hire and promote people who are clones of themselves. They do not encourage individualism and being your own person. Instead, they want everyone to look, dress and act the same. On top all of this there is no professionalism within this organization. The ones who are professional, and prefer to come in to get the job done and go home, are often mocked and accused of "not fitting the culture". There is a huge emphasis on partying, drinking, cursing, etc. instead of growing individuals to better themselves and to build a true great place to work. At one point they would grant stock rights to individuals based off of their contribution to the company. But that time is long gone. Finally, there is zero room for advancement for hard working dedicated individuals.

Pros

Free lunches but they are not great, free supplements but the ingredients is poison.

Cons

lets start with the fake reviews that they request new employees to write?! Lack of innovation. Lay offs every year, with hush money. But don’t worry leadership is living their best life in their McMansions and expensive cars that they obnoxiously park right at the entrance of the office. The executive team holds a lack of experience, one can’t even explain. Huge sexism issue, it’s a boys club. Expect your sex to dictate your pay and responsibility. Over spending from employees on everything from trips to rush unorganized projects. Sales is unorganized and sadly uneducated. Culture is toxic, and full of gossip which is unfortunately lead by the executive team and “leadership”. In which they are only concerned with being bros with each other and looking cool. Yearly company holiday retreat in which they try to make you feel like you’re lucky to work there, but seriously they are lucky to have you. One or two people will make the same terrible sob story about how Nutrabolt saved them because they hand out sales jobs like candy. No work-life balance.

Pros

State of the art office and gym. Free supplements each month. A great core of hard working employees.

Cons

Upper management is hardly involved with what is happening downstairs and they seem more concerned with feeding their lavish lifestyles. Those with bigger egos are rewarded over those that are hard working. The claims that the company makes bout relaxed 9 to 5 schedules couldn't be farther from the truth. Termination and demotion decisions often seem fueled by personal vendettas and hidden agendas. Communication is non-existent. Failed products and brands have put unnecessary pressures on the business.
