Cons

Draconian policies on scheduling Low pay scales for non physician clinical staff Staff get in trouble for doing what is considered "best practices" in most other hospitals. Non management staff held to different standards then managers/directors and some administrative staff. Non transparency between executive leadership and all other employees Unfair practice toward staff not allowed to be included in bargaining units.

Pros

Nursing jobs have considerable autonomy.

Cons

There was extremely poor coordination between management, operations, and scheduling. I consistently received conflicting instructions about policies and procedures, with no clear guidance or accountability. When concerns were raised, administration was dismissive and failed to provide any meaningful or constructive solutions. Their interactions with staff frequently lacked professionalism, often marked by emotional, sarcastic, and inappropriate responses.
