I consistently received conflicting instructions about policies and procedures, with no clear guidance or accountability. When concerns were raised, administration was dismissive and failed to provide any meaningful or constructive solutions. Their interactions with staff frequently lacked professionalism, often marked by emotional, sarcastic, and inappropriate responses.
