1. The new leadership team is a brutal mix of uncaring, unfeeling dictators. It's their way or the high way.
2. It doesn't matter how hard you work, you'll never get promoted or given a salary increase beyond 2.5%. Even with outstanding performance reviews.
3. If you're unhappy there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Your manager doesn't care about your happiness - only the bottom line. And their manager reinforces that.
4. Men and women are treated differently - from salary and equity distributions (a male counterpart has shared that he was given far more options than the females in the same role) to on-the-job treatment/perks.
5. This company went from being "too nice" (so they say) to a place where manners and common decency no longer exist.
