Pros

I have been with Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa for over 3 years and LOVE IT! The culture is fantastic -- to be empowered to make decisions and run with them is amazing. Leaders don't put you in a "box." You are free to bring your own personality, thoughts, suggestions, feedback, etc. to the table and you have a real VOICE!

Cons

Benefits could be better - like more paid holidays, more PTO. But overall good!

Pros

The property offers excellent amenities that enhance the overall guest experience. The HR team is approachable and supportive, contributing to a positive work environment. There are great transfer opportunities available for career growth within the organization. The guest recognition survey is a great tool for acknowledging exceptional service, and front desk management is consistently supportive and engaged.

Cons

Multiple agents have reported that they did not receive or received little training before actually working a full shift independently. The week-to-week scheduling structure makes it challenging to plan personal appointments and errands, as schedules are not provided far enough in advance. Group resumes do not clearly highlighted key details and important notes relevant to the front office team. A lot of pressure on the front desk for group arrivals and in house guests when important information is delayed to the team.
