The guest recognition survey is a great tool for acknowledging exceptional service, and front desk management is consistently supportive and engaged.

Multiple agents have reported that they did not receive or received little training before actually working a full shift independently. The week-to-week scheduling structure makes it challenging to plan personal appointments and errands, as schedules are not provided far enough in advance. Group resumes do not clearly highlighted key details and important notes relevant to the front office team. A lot of pressure on the front desk for group arrivals and in house guests when important information is delayed to the team.
